Walker first made his debut in film in 2007 with Lifelines. The film was produced by Rob Margolies, the writer-director. The film was purchased in 2008 in 2008 by Kanbar Entertainment. In 2008, Walker appeared as Ashley Kowalski her grandma of the character played by Clint Eastwood in Gran Torino. In 2012, she was a part of Compliance. Walker was confirmed to co-star along with Brian Dennehy alongside Jason Lee Diorabaird, Jason Lee and Sam Trammell in Amazon Studios' comedy-drama Cocked on 5 May 2014.
